Before you book

What to know first.

  • Which session? The strategy consultation is the full working session: assessment, strategy, next steps. The advice session is for one focused question. Both are credited toward your matter within 30 days.
  • The conflict checkHave the other party's full legal name ready. The firm checks it before any advice and before sending an invoice.
  • PaymentThe invoice arrives by email after you book. Your time is held once it is paid. Cards, ACH bank transfer, and certified funds are accepted.
  • What to have on handExisting orders, court papers, the lease or contract at issue, and a short timeline. If you are not sure what matters, bring what you have.
  • LanguageCalls and consultations are held in English. Written correspondence is available in Spanish.
  • ReschedulingReply to your confirmation email at least one business day ahead. Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice.

Reserving a time does not create a professional relationship and is not legal advice. Representation begins only with a signed engagement letter.
