Professional credentials

Entitled Family & Civil Law is the trade name of Entitled Law Group, PLLC, an Arizona professional limited liability company. Legal services are provided by Sammijo Johnson, an Arizona Licensed Legal Paraprofessional, licensed and regulated by the Arizona Supreme Court under Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-210. Sammijo Johnson also holds an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer certificate, No. 82291, under § 7-208; document preparation under that certificate is provided separately through Entitled Document Services, LLC.

Sammijo Johnson is not an attorney. She does not represent that she is an attorney, hold herself out as one, or provide legal services in any capacity outside the scope of her credentials. A Legal Paraprofessional is not a lawyer and cannot give advice, opinions, or recommendations about legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies outside the practice areas in which the LP is licensed. For matters outside those credentials, clients are referred to or coordinated with licensed Arizona attorneys.

No professional relationship

Use of this website does not create a professional-client relationship between you and Entitled Law Group, PLLC. A professional-client relationship is established only through a signed written engagement letter following a paid consultation. Submitting a form, sending an email, or scheduling a consultation does not by itself create a representation relationship. Information you provide before an engagement letter is signed is treated with discretion and used first for a conflict check.

Scope of practice

Arizona Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals provide legal services only in the practice areas endorsed on their license. Entitled Family & Civil Law provides services in family law and in civil matters that are or could be before an Arizona justice or municipal court, other than matters in which a licensed attorney is not permitted to appear. Within family law, the Arizona Supreme Court reserves retirement-division orders, the division or conveyance of formal business entities or commercial property, appeals, and adoption for Legal Paraprofessionals who hold additional qualifications; the firm refers those matters to attorneys.

Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparers prepare legal documents at a client's direction and may provide general legal information, but may not give legal advice or represent a client. Document preparation for matters outside LP practice areas is provided by our sister company, Entitled Document Services, LLC, and is identified as such in that company's written agreement. Documents drafted by Entitled Family & Civil Law are legal services provided under the LP license with a written limited scope agreement.

Deadlines

Legal matters carry strict deadlines. If a deadline may be approaching in your situation, contact the court or a licensed professional immediately instead of waiting on a response to a website form.

Jurisdiction

Entitled Family & Civil Law provides services only in Arizona. Nothing on this website is an offer to represent or provide services in any other jurisdiction. Visitors outside Arizona should consult legal professionals licensed where they live.
