Privacy notice
How Entitled Law Group, PLLC collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated September 2026
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, contact details, the type of matter, the other party's name for a conflict check, and your description. If you upload files as a client, we receive those files. The site itself does not use advertising trackers, and it does not sell or share visitor data for marketing.
How it is used
Form submissions are used to run a conflict check, respond to you, schedule a consultation, and, once you are a client, to handle your matter. Client information is used only for your representation and the firm's professional obligations.
Where it lives
Forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to the firm's Google Workspace email on the entitledlaw.com domain. Client files are stored in the firm's practice systems with access limited to the firm. Payment card data is handled by the payment processor named in your engagement letter and never touches this website's servers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to provide services you request (for example, a court filing or a process server), with service providers bound to confidentiality, or when the law or a court requires it.
Retention
Prospective-client submissions that do not become matters are kept only as long as needed for conflict checking. Client files are retained for the period required by Arizona rules governing Legal Paraprofessionals and then securely disposed of.
Your choices
You may ask what information the firm holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask that a prospective-client submission be deleted, by emailing consultations@entitledlaw.com. Records the firm must keep under professional rules will be kept.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are aggregate and are not used to identify you.
