Engagement letter
You receive a written scope: what is included, what is not, the fee, and the written notice that a Legal Paraprofessional is not a lawyer. Nothing starts until it is signed.

Document exchange
You upload what the matter needs through the secure form below, and the firm tells you exactly what is still missing. Written replies arrive within one business day.

Engagement letters and limited scope agreements are sent to your email for signature. Reply to that email with any question before you sign.

A payment link arrives with your engagement letter. Cards, ACH bank transfer, and certified funds are accepted; retainers are held in trust.

On hourly matters, an itemized statement arrives monthly, line by line, in 15-minute increments. Flat fees stay flat, and every filing and order is copied to you as it happens.
